சிற்றெறும்பைப் பார்.
எத்தனை சிறியது!
அதற்குள்ளே கை, கால், வாய், வயிறு எல்லா அவயவங்களும்
    கணக்காக வைத்திருக்கிறது.
யார் வைத்தனர்? மஹா சக்தி.
அந்த உறுப்புகளெல்லாம் நேராகவே தொழில்செய்கின்றன.
எறும்பு உண்ணுகின்றது, உறங்குகின்றது, மணம்செய்து 
     கொள்கின்றது, குழந்தை பெறுகிறது, ஓடுகிறது, 
     தேடுகிறது, போர் செய்கிறது, நாடு காக்கிறது.
இதற்கெல்லாம் காற்றுத்தான் ஆதாரம்.
மஹாசக்தி காற்றைக்கொண்டுதான் உயிர்விளையாட்டு 
     விளையாடுகின்றாள்.
காற்றைப் பாடுகிறோம்.
அஃது அறிவிலே துணிவாக நிற்பது;
உள்ளத்திலே விருப்பு வெறுப்புக்களாவது.
உயிரிலே உயிர் தானாக நிற்பது.
வெளியுலகத்திலே அதன் செய்கையை நாம் அறிவோம்; 
     நாம் அறிவதில்லை.
காற்றுத் தேவன் வாழ்க.

Look at the tiny ant.
How tiny it is!
Within it tiny form, the physical parts of
   hands, legs, mouth, stomach and
   all other parts are proportionately set.
Who set it so? The great Shakti.
All those parts are doing there work properly.
The ant eats, sleeps, gets married,
   give birth to off springs, runs,
   searches, wages wars, saves/rules their nation.
The wind is the base for all these happenings.
The great Shakti plays the game of life using wind.
We sing about the Wind.
It stands as strength to the knowledge;
As likes and dislikes of the heart;
In the lives (of living things), life exists by itself.
In the (exterior) world (visible to the eyes),
   we know of its actions;
   (yet) we don't know (of all its actions).
We praise the Wind!

thaedugiRadhu, poar seykiRadhu, naadu kaakkiRadhu.
idhaRkellaam kaatRuthaan aadhaaram.
maHaasakthi kaatRaikkoNdudhaan uyirviLaiyaattu
viLaiyaadugindRaaL.
kaatRaip paadugiRoam.
akhdhu aRivilae thuNivaaga niRpadhu;
uLLathilae viruppu veRuppukkaLaavadhu.
uyirilae uyir thaanaaga niRpadhu.
veLiyulagathilae adhan seykaiyai naam aRivoam;
naam aRivadhillai.
kaatRuth thaevan vaazhka.
